Last updated: May 5, 2026

Kibrom Wendem IT Services provides the Job Queue Control Center app for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information. The app is designed for business use and runs within the customer’s own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.

1. Publisher and Contact Details

Kibrom Wendem IT Services is the publisher of the Job Queue Control Center app.

2. Core Privacy Statement

The Job Queue Control Center app does not collect, sell, share, or transfer customer personal data to Kibrom Wendem IT Services or to third parties as part of its standard functionality. The app works inside the customer’s own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant.

All operational information used by the app remains within the customer’s Business Central environment. Kibrom Wendem IT Services does not have automatic or routine access to the customer’s Business Central tenant or customer data.

3. Customer Environment

The customer remains responsible for its own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. This includes users, permissions, security settings, retention settings, email settings, notification recipients, and all data available inside the customer’s tenant.

The app only uses information that already exists inside the customer’s Business Central environment. The app uses that information only to provide job queue monitoring, notification, and control functionality within that same environment.

4. Information Used by the App

The app may use operational Business Central information such as job queue entries, job queue status, error messages, log entries, timestamps, restart history, company information, object details, and notification settings. This information is used only inside Business Central to monitor, display, notify, and support job queue operations.

The app is not designed to collect personal, sensitive, financial, consumer, health, biometric, political, religious, or government identification data. If names, email addresses, user IDs, or other personal data appear in job queue logs, error messages, or notification settings, this is the result of the customer’s own Business Central configuration or data. The app does not separately collect or transfer that information outside the customer’s tenant.

5. Purpose of the App

The app uses Business Central information only for its intended functionality. This includes monitoring job queue entries, showing errors and statuses, identifying failed or stuck jobs, sending configured notifications, and supporting controlled restart or recovery actions.

Kibrom Wendem IT Services does not use customer Business Central data for advertising, profiling, resale, analytics, or unrelated commercial purposes.

6. Email Notifications

If the customer enables email notifications, the app may include operational job queue information in those notifications. This may include company name, job queue description, object details, timestamps, status information, and error messages needed to understand the issue.

The customer controls whether notifications are enabled, which recipients receive them, and which mailboxes are used. Notification content is based only on information from the customer’s own Business Central environment.

7. Data Storage

The app stores and processes app-related operational information within the customer’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant. Kibrom Wendem IT Services does not maintain a separate external database for customer data as part of the app’s standard functionality.

Data location, backup, retention, access control, and Microsoft cloud processing are managed through the customer’s Microsoft tenant, Business Central environment, and Microsoft contractual terms.

8. Support and Troubleshooting

Kibrom Wendem IT Services only receives customer information if the customer chooses to share it for support, implementation, troubleshooting, or another agreed service. Examples may include screenshots, error messages, logs, configuration details, or sample data.

Support information is used only to handle the customer’s request. Customers should remove, anonymize, or mask personal or confidential information before sending support material if that information is not needed.

9. Sharing with Third Parties

Kibrom Wendem IT Services does not sell customer data. The app does not share customer Business Central data with third parties as part of its standard functionality.

Microsoft may process data as part of the customer’s use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365, Azure, AppSource, or related Microsoft services. That processing is governed by the customer’s own Microsoft agreements and Microsoft privacy terms.

10. International Transfers

The app runs within the customer’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. Any data location or international transfer related to that environment is primarily determined by the customer’s Microsoft tenant, region settings, selected Microsoft services, and Microsoft contractual terms.

If the customer separately sends support information to Kibrom Wendem IT Services, that information may be processed in the Netherlands or by relevant service providers used for support and business administration, where legally permitted.

11. Retention

Data used by the app remains in the customer’s Business Central environment and follows the customer’s own retention settings, Business Central settings, and Microsoft policies. Kibrom Wendem IT Services does not control the customer’s internal retention settings.

Support information shared directly with Kibrom Wendem IT Services is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.

12. Security

The app relies on the customer’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft 365 security model. The customer controls users, roles, permissions, authentication, access rights, email recipients, audit logs, backups, and security configuration.

Kibrom Wendem IT Services takes reasonable measures to protect information that customers voluntarily share for support or related services.

13. Data Breaches and Incidents

Because the app runs inside the customer’s Business Central tenant, the customer is responsible for managing security incidents within its own environment. Kibrom Wendem IT Services does not monitor or control the customer’s tenant.

If Kibrom Wendem IT Services becomes aware of a security incident involving information directly shared with it by a customer, it will take appropriate steps to investigate and respond. Where required by law or contract, the affected customer will be notified without undue delay.

14. Data Subject Rights

Requests about personal data stored in the customer’s Business Central environment should normally be handled by the customer. Kibrom Wendem IT Services does not have standard access to that tenant data.

Requests about information directly shared with Kibrom Wendem IT Services can be sent to info@bcjobmonitor.com. Depending on the request, Kibrom Wendem IT Services may need to verify the requester’s identity or refer the request back to the relevant customer.

15. Automated Decision-Making

The app is not designed to make automated decisions about individuals. It is intended only to support operational monitoring, notifications, and administration of Business Central job queue processes.

Legal Note

This Privacy Policy explains how the Job Queue Control Center app handles information. It does not replace the customer’s own legal, privacy, security, or compliance assessment.
